My name is Rumen Simeonov and I have been involved in construction and real estate investments for more than 10 years. For the last 3 years, I have been living with my family on the island of Bali and developing a construction business through my company Vista Properties. Real estate has always been a huge passion and thrill of mine. I feel it is a challenge to create a property that is unique in itself and stands out for its creativity. I like to use natural materials and integrate the designs as subtly as possible with nature.
